Experience and Education
Logan Marshall is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who brings a unique blend of athletic experience and clinical expertise to Embody Health & Wellness. A proud graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Logan competed as a Division I athlete in Cross Country and Track & Field before earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of California San Francisco / San Francisco State University.
Logan specializes in treating musculoskeletal injuries, guiding post-operative recovery, and supporting athletes and active individuals through injury prevention and return-to-sport programs. His approach is rooted in performance-based rehab, with a strong focus on restoring functional movement and optimizing long-term outcomes. He also incorporates advanced modalities such as myofascial decompression (cup therapy), instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and Class IV laser therapy as part of his holistic treatment toolkit.
With experience in high-level outpatient orthopedic settings and collaborative care teams, Logan understands the power of tailored, evidence-informed care. At Embody, he creates a supportive, focused environment where patients feel seen, empowered, and equipped to achieve their goals—whether that’s running again, playing with their kids, or competing at the next level.
Outside the clinic, Logan enjoys running, biking, golfing, hiking, and spending time on the Central Coast with his wife and their dog.
