Education and Early Experience
Pamela is a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist Assistant whose professional journey began in the creative world of fashion design. After experiencing burnout, she found renewal through collegiate distance running—a pursuit that introduced her to physical therapy firsthand during her own injury recovery. This transformative experience led her to earn her degree from LaGuardia Community College and pursue a career in movement-based healing.
With a background in coaching and a strong belief in functional movement and strength training, Pamela prioritizes building meaningful connections with her patients. She specializes in treating chronic pain, orthopedic injuries, and sports-related conditions, offering personalized, patient-centered care that addresses the root causes of dysfunction—not just the symptoms. Her approach is deeply holistic, integrating both physical and emotional support to help each individual move better, feel stronger, and live with greater ease.
Treatment Philosophy
Pamela’s treatment philosophy is grounded in the belief that true healing happens when care goes beyond the surface. She sees each patient as a whole person—not just a diagnosis—and aims to understand their unique experiences, goals, and challenges. Drawing from her own story of navigating burnout and rediscovering purpose through movement, she brings a compassionate and empowering presence to every session.
Pamela uses a functional, movement-based approach that blends strength training, mobility work, and hands-on techniques to help patients restore balance, reduce pain, and regain confidence in their bodies. She believes in meeting people where they are and creating a safe, collaborative space where patients feel seen, supported, and motivated. Whether working with athletes, individuals recovering from injury, or those living with chronic pain, Pamela is committed to helping her patients achieve lasting wellness and return to the activities they love—stronger and more resilient than before.
